In Oct. 2022, we renovated a 100-year-old traditional Japanese house into our 1st smart hostel, welcoming 1,000 guests monthly and building a community through the good communal kitchen.

 

We replace complicated maintenance tasks that require a highly skilled workforce with remote & automated management using cameras and image recognition techniques. This leads to high profitability. We crossed the break-even point in 6 months.

 

We are expanding our smart hostels through micro-investment schemes from individual investors, starting from $30K. We encourage people with digital nomadic lifestyle through profit & visa opportunities.
